<p>有些戲，適合在喧囂中快轉；而《玉茗茶骨》，卻適合在深夜，獨自對著一盞微涼的茶細細品讀。 大眾皆讚美榮善寶的「強」，說她撐起了榮家的骨架。但我卻在那些無聲的轉場裡，看見了她最深的「弱」。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">🌿 那棵樹：不是為了風景，而是為了存續</h3>



<p>劇中那棵立在茶園中央的「孤獨之樹」，如今成了熱門打卡點。但在我眼裡，那是一種極致的自我放逐。</p>



<p>榮善寶也像這棵樹。她表現得越是無堅不摧，背後的裂痕就扎得越深。為了守住家名、為了那份「茶骨」，她親手修剪掉少女所有的柔軟，把自己活成了眾人眼中的榜樣。<strong>眾人路過她，讚美她的挺拔，卻沒人問過她在對抗風雨的長夜裡，根部是否隱隱作痛。</strong></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">🍵 沸水穿心：清香背後的「清醒酷刑」</h3>



<p>看著劇中炒茶的火候，那種灼人的溫度，其實就是榮善寶的人生命題。 外界驚嘆於茶湯的色澤，我看到的卻是**「被沸水穿透」的過程**。</p>



<p>那種為了顧全大局而作出的假死、犧牲與忍讓，並非多麼偉大的情操，而是一種「不得不如此」的宿命。當妳清醒到能看透所有局勢時，妳就失去了軟弱的權利。<strong>這種清醒，本就是人世間最安靜的酷刑。</strong></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">✨ 靈魂的重逢：在茶骨之下，擁抱血肉</h3>



<p>陸江來與榮善寶的相遇，最動人的不是權謀較量，而是那種**「我知道妳在撐」**的默契。</p>



<p>在生命最凌亂的時刻，他們選擇守在一起。這讓我體悟到：所謂的圓滿，並非生活從此無風無浪，而是在那副不得不長出的堅硬「茶骨」之下，終於有人看見了妳那顆依然溫熱、依然會感到寂寞的心。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">春天氣溫變化大，夜晚濕度高達90%，而白天又陽光普照，溫度相對升高，使得室內外溫差增大，導致水氣凝結，這就是「反潮現象」！因此，為了預防反潮，我們需要採取一些措施。</p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size:16px">首先，這時後應該「緊閉南面的門窗」，並加開除濕機、電風扇等，減少濕氣、增加室內通風。</li>



<li style="font-size:16px">對於家中反潮的情況，「除了加強通風」，你也可以考慮將衛浴設計為乾濕分離，並安裝暖風機以「加強除濕烘乾」功能。</li>



<li style="font-size:16px">另外，如果廁所潮濕問題即便加裝了抽風機，天花板仍有發黴的現象，很可能是排風管未接到管道間排出，或是排風管與管道間有缺口，導致濕氣滯留於天花處，同時，天花板材質本身可能無防潮功能，或者存在漏水的問題。為了解決這個問題，你可以檢查「排風管」是否正確連接到管道間，並修補任何可能存在的缺口。</li>



<li style="font-size:16px">若條件允許改變格局，將衛浴空間移至有對外窗的地方或西曬處，利用自然光更能有效祛除濕氣喔。</li>

<p style="font-size:16px">這幾天大家應該都對春天劇烈變化的天氣有很深切的感受，還在猶豫要不要把冬衣收起來的時候，氣溫一下子又掉了七八度。現在雖然氣溫稍微回升了些，但早晚與白天的溫差還是很大，以至於身旁的許多人都感冒了。在這邊要提醒所有朋友早晚還是要注意保暖，此外我們仍舊要聊聊大家關注的春季肌膚保養重點。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">溫度、濕度及陽光是季節變化對肌膚影響最重要的幾個指標！在春寒乍暖時節，這三個指標變動幅度較大，對於所有類型膚質的人，肌膚保濕、控油、清潔及防曬都是要注意的地方。對於乾性肌膚的朋友，乾冷時仍舊要注意適時的提供油脂補充。當南風吹起濕度大增，油性肌膚的朋友要注意清潔，避免悶熱造成油脂過度分泌，導致皮膚微生態的失衡。至於春季肌膚清潔的重點，一般來說春季的新陳代謝會開始變得比冬季活躍，這時可以使用幫助去角質的產品來配合皮膚代謝角質的速度，避免老廢角質過度堆積，造成肌膚暗沉以及肌膚保養事倍功半，除此之外就是依據各自的膚質及需要來應對。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">除了清潔保濕是任何時候肌膚保養程序的重中之重外，若說有比這兩個還重要的就是防曬了。有一個很直觀的檢驗方式來說明防曬工作對肌膚照護的重要性。各位可以翻開長期被衣物遮蔽的肌膚，然後再對比一下經常曝露在陽光之下的肌膚，這兩者巨大的差異程度就是很好的證明。當春天的陽光漸漸強烈，換季的衣服也越來越輕薄時，盡可能對陽光做物理上的遮蔽，這種預防工作雖然繁重，但卻是最佳的肌膚照護策略。在源頭上避免陽光對肌膚及身體過度傷害，這樣反而能夠大大減輕事後肌膚保養的負擔。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">2018年的戲，後來在Netflix上有，又多看了好幾次，這幾年的非常少看大陸劇，主要是沒時間，這部劇真的要慢慢細品的，73集的篇幅，故事情節細膩、脈絡流暢，服裝場景田野調查非常完整，完整呈現社會人情世故以及站在不同立場的盤算以及心計，演員詮釋角色細微飽滿，台詞看似輕鬆，實則句句珠璣，每句話都充滿的生活智慧與寓意。加上馮紹峰跟趙麗穎之間的火花真的很有戲，眼神騙不了人的，製作公司又是專出好劇的正午陽光，他們家的戲都有一定品質的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">《知否？知否？應是綠肥紅瘦》簡稱《知否》，故事主要敘述北宋人家盛家六姑娘盛明蘭遭遇嫡母不慈，姐妹難纏，生母被害去世，便收起乖張事事要強的性格，以此為開頭帶出整個宋朝風氣乃至朝局之動盪。宋朝的社會風氣非常注重名聲以及家風門第，男子娶進門的正妻是嫡妻，嫡出的子女將來大多都會有個好前途，而庶出的子女一般都是要放在主母下扶養，由主母管理，但總有些寵妾滅妻的混帳，例如故事的盛老爺就是如此，林噙霜藉著柔弱外表、工於心計，以淚水與言語打動盛老爺，才能在內宅與大娘子王若弗爭鬥數年不落下風，甚至將自己的子女養在自己的院子。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">顧廷燁：「你呀!就是一個巧言令色的小騙子，你一直憋悶，從生出來到現在都在受委屈，你看不慣那些嫡庶禮節，卻不得不遵從，你明明事事優秀，可卻處處都要低就，你一直不敢冒頭，所以才找了個不上不下的賀家。」</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">明蘭：「我因為冒頭闖出了不少禍事來，你都親眼看見了，結果呢?我不喜歡針線，我不喜歡繡花，我所有不喜歡的東西，都要裝著去喜歡，可我能有什麼辦法?我得先活下去阿。」</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">顧廷燁：「你就是太明白了，你聰明通透，你事事都看得清楚，所以你不敢越雷池一步，可你心不甘、氣不平，你委屈憋悶，就只能裝傻充愣，處處賠小心，逼著自己做一個無可挑剔的盛家六姑娘，我不願看你再這麼委屈的過一輩子，我不敢說妳嫁給我就千好萬好，從此以後，我在男人堆裡是老幾，你在女人堆裡就是老幾。吾傾慕汝已久，願聘汝為婦，衍嗣綿延，終老一生。」</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">三年了，終於快盼到不用戴口罩的日子。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">戴了三年的口罩，也習慣只能靠眼神交流來跟身旁的人互動。這三年雖然省了不少買化妝品的錢，但是大部份的朋友還是期待不被口罩束縛的日子。所以，今天就來談談脫下口罩之後，臉部保養的重點囉！</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">很多人會認為，以前沒戴口罩時臉部該怎麼保養護理就怎麼護理。話雖沒錯，但其中還是有許多需要注意的部份。<br><strong>第一</strong>，假如以前的妳是經常化妝，而戴口罩之後卻沒化妝的朋友，經過了三年，皮膚對於化妝品還是需要一段重新適應期。這時妳可以從初期較短時間，慢慢的延長化妝品停留在臉部的時間做起。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><br><strong>第二</strong>，無論是否化妝，在離開口罩之後，臉部直接受到空氣中各種污染的沾附，清潔工作要比之前要更留意。在這裡不是要大家加強清潔，反而是不希望因為覺得臉上髒污，就清潔過了頭。清潔工作得重視，但又不能“用力”過猛哦！（過度清潔）</p>

<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第三</strong>，以往口罩可以幫助遮擋陽光的直接照射，脫去口罩之後，防曬的工作就得要加強了。紫外線對皮膚傷害的代價太大了，更何況時序即將進入春夏，這點叮囑，小編還是覺得需要提出來的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><br><strong>第四</strong>，有些朋友因為臉上有痘痘，戴了口罩之後因為疏忽可能變得更嚴重。若有這種情況，小編除了建議去找專門的皮膚科醫生就診外，挑選能夠協助皮膚控油及清潔的保養品，才能讓皮膚早日恢復。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><br><strong>第五</strong>，保持好心情小編覺得是最重要的，雖然這與肌膚保養沒有直接關係，不過從整體來看，我們努力的讓臉部肌膚達到最佳狀態，最大的目的是讓自己有自信，也讓別人有個愉悅的感受。脫下口罩後最容易顯示出自己的好心情，就是妳的微笑，自此妳的微笑就能減輕眼睛表達善意的“負擔”了，什麼是眼睛的負擔？妳懂的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">改變帶來令人期待的希望，雖然這只是恢復正常生活，讓我們與朋友正常的交流，正常的出國旅遊，正常的吃喝玩樂，正常的拼命工作，然後再正常的繳納各種帳單。不管怎樣，我們還是挺懷念這樣的正常，不是嗎？</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">「放鬆」其實可以拆開成「放下」與「鬆開」這兩個詞。我們常常聽到許多人要大家學會「放下」，但是在心理層面要放下的“東西”沒有實體，而且也看不到心裡面的這個“東西”被什麼給握住，所以也就無從放下。因此在心理層面上想藉由自己的意志去放下而放鬆，短時間內是很難達成的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">但是身體上的放鬆就簡單多了。這裡不是要我們直接努力或用力的去放鬆身體，畢竟這也是辦不到的。因為我們努力的讓身體用力，就等於不能放鬆。所以我們只能反其道而行，先讓身體用力，再放下這個用力就可以放鬆了。大家可以試著回想搬重物時，搬之前習慣深呼吸後，摒住呼吸身體用力，才能將重物抬起，當“放下”重物後是不是就會長長的呼出一口氣？</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">生理與心理會相互影響，而我們就是要透過這種機制來引導我們放鬆心情。藉著模擬這種身體用力然後放下的動作，就能讓身體受壓緊繃後的放鬆，最後轉換成心理上的放鬆。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一起來試試「微緊鬆呼吸減壓法」</h2>



<p style="font-size:16px">我們設計了一套簡單快速有效的「微緊鬆呼吸減壓法」，透過收緊再放鬆的呼吸練習，完成身體與心情的放鬆。接下來請跟著我們下面的步驟開始練習。 首先你要固定一個姿勢，如果你是想做完這個放鬆練習直接入睡，那麼可以平躺在床上。其他的可以坐著或斜躺靠著椅背，只要找到一個舒服且不妨礙呼吸的姿勢就可以了。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第一個動作：</strong>長長的吐氣，將身體的廢氣儘量排出。<br><strong>第二個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，然後緩緩吐氣，重覆三次。<br><strong>第三個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，專注力放在吸氣，呼氣時放開注意力任由自然呼氣，三次。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第四個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，吸氣時同時將雙手出力握緊舉至胸前。握拳時大拇指先握，其餘四指握在拇指外頭，然後憋氣讀秒至8秒，呼氣時放開注意力，同時鬆開並放下雙拳，放回至雙腿上或雙腿外側，共計八次。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第五個動作：</strong>緩和自然呼吸，吸氣時雙手握拳，只需感受到拇指受壓不用使力握緊，成拳狀即可，呼氣放開注意力，鬆開雙拳拇指感受不到受壓即可。呼吸過程雙手不用舉高，直接在原處握拳及放鬆，注意力放在握拳上，鬆拳時同時放開注意力，共計十二次。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">練習重點</h3>



<p style="font-size:16px">第四個動作在於想象身體藉由深吸一口氣用力，深吸氣同時完成握拳舉起重物，憋氣之後突然放下及放鬆（鬆一口氣）。一開始若憋氣無法達到8秒，也可以從較少秒數開始練習。<br>第五個動作可以視緩和程度增減，若以睡前平躺姿勢，在緩和呼吸時可不計次數，覺得想睡就睡。<br>握拳時大拇指先握，其餘四指握在拇指外頭。<br>整個過程的呼吸，請用鼻子吸氣，除了第五個動作採用自然的鼻吸鼻呼之外，其餘動作呼氣時可自由選擇採口或鼻呼氣。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">初幾次練習會有幾天的適應期，因為身體要熟悉新的任務會比較緊張，這就好比剛學騎自行車時，身體協調性不夠會呈現緊繃感，但熟練後就可以達到自然放鬆的目的了。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">放鬆。放鬆。放鬆。重要的事說三遍！<br>你多久沒有好好放鬆了呢？你是不是和大家一樣，放假最想做的事，就是耍廢什麼事都不想做，然後一覺睡到自然醒。不過當假期結束一想到明天就要上班你還是覺得好累，隔天還得拖著那個仍舊疲累的身軀，強打著精神心不甘情不願的去上班？所以我們把放鬆的任務留到假日是不夠的，假如每天努力的讓身心都得到充份的放鬆，又能帶給我們哪些好處呢？</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">當然，首先我們可以每天都睡個好覺，不再因為壓力大而睡不著、睡不好。睡眠是我們的身心資產，假如沒有足夠的睡眠，我們的睡眠帳戶長期處於虧損的狀況，那麼身體及精神總有一天會向我們討債。所以理想的情況下，你每天可以趁著洗澡及之後肌膚保養的這個過程，好好地放鬆心情，然後睡上一個好覺獲得充份的休息。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">我知道你很在意身心健康，充足的睡眠肯定是我們身心健康的基礎。但是多數人不知道的是，放鬆還可以帶來自信。你想想，放鬆後的自己是不是可以肩負更多責任？那種願意面對挑戰的氣勢，就是來自你的自信，那也是充份放鬆之後帶給你的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">放鬆後可以面對挑戰，當然你也會願意接受更多不同看法。當你看事情的角度可以更多元了，無形中消除了人際關係中的對立，大家也會對你更有好感，這些都是放鬆後你更具有親和力的緣故。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">我想跟你說這個很重要的事，放鬆還能帶給我們平靜。平靜是所有情緒的回歸之處。還記得嗎？自己心裡受傷的時候，大哭了一場發洩心中所有的委屈，最後情緒平復了，你就會回到那個平靜當中。下一刻遇到有趣的事你就又能開懷的笑了。假如你沒有到達放聲大哭的臨界點，你身心放鬆不了，你對有趣的事只能敷衍的對人尬笑，這不就是我們現在都遇到的麻煩嗎？我們都希望回到童年無憂無慮的時光，也都想要找回那顆久違的赤子之心。因為赤子之心是世界上最好的保養品，它可以讓我們容光煥發、生氣蓬勃，而這些都可以透過放鬆帶來的平靜獲得的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">聰明的你可能已經發現了平靜好像還有一些奧秘。沒錯，相當多的人都在學習靜坐、冥想、正念這些提升心靈境界的方法，運用這些方法的過程，都一定要學習如何透過放鬆來達到心靈的平靜。所以放鬆是進入心靈提升超越的必要條件。假如你對這些好奇的話，我們以後有機會可以花點時間，來說說這些方法的秘密。</p>
