<p style="font-size:16px">「放鬆」其實可以拆開成「放下」與「鬆開」這兩個詞。我們常常聽到許多人要大家學會「放下」，但是在心理層面要放下的“東西”沒有實體，而且也看不到心裡面的這個“東西”被什麼給握住，所以也就無從放下。因此在心理層面上想藉由自己的意志去放下而放鬆，短時間內是很難達成的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">但是身體上的放鬆就簡單多了。這裡不是要我們直接努力或用力的去放鬆身體，畢竟這也是辦不到的。因為我們努力的讓身體用力，就等於不能放鬆。所以我們只能反其道而行，先讓身體用力，再放下這個用力就可以放鬆了。大家可以試著回想搬重物時，搬之前習慣深呼吸後，摒住呼吸身體用力，才能將重物抬起，當“放下”重物後是不是就會長長的呼出一口氣？</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">生理與心理會相互影響，而我們就是要透過這種機制來引導我們放鬆心情。藉著模擬這種身體用力然後放下的動作，就能讓身體受壓緊繃後的放鬆，最後轉換成心理上的放鬆。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一起來試試「微緊鬆呼吸減壓法」</h2>



<p style="font-size:16px">我們設計了一套簡單快速有效的「微緊鬆呼吸減壓法」，透過收緊再放鬆的呼吸練習，完成身體與心情的放鬆。接下來請跟著我們下面的步驟開始練習。 首先你要固定一個姿勢，如果你是想做完這個放鬆練習直接入睡，那麼可以平躺在床上。其他的可以坐著或斜躺靠著椅背，只要找到一個舒服且不妨礙呼吸的姿勢就可以了。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第一個動作：</strong>長長的吐氣，將身體的廢氣儘量排出。<br><strong>第二個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，然後緩緩吐氣，重覆三次。<br><strong>第三個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，專注力放在吸氣，呼氣時放開注意力任由自然呼氣，三次。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第四個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，吸氣時同時將雙手出力握緊舉至胸前。握拳時大拇指先握，其餘四指握在拇指外頭，然後憋氣讀秒至8秒，呼氣時放開注意力，同時鬆開並放下雙拳，放回至雙腿上或雙腿外側，共計八次。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第五個動作：</strong>緩和自然呼吸，吸氣時雙手握拳，只需感受到拇指受壓不用使力握緊，成拳狀即可，呼氣放開注意力，鬆開雙拳拇指感受不到受壓即可。呼吸過程雙手不用舉高，直接在原處握拳及放鬆，注意力放在握拳上，鬆拳時同時放開注意力，共計十二次。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">練習重點</h3>



<p style="font-size:16px">第四個動作在於想象身體藉由深吸一口氣用力，深吸氣同時完成握拳舉起重物，憋氣之後突然放下及放鬆（鬆一口氣）。一開始若憋氣無法達到8秒，也可以從較少秒數開始練習。<br>第五個動作可以視緩和程度增減，若以睡前平躺姿勢，在緩和呼吸時可不計次數，覺得想睡就睡。<br>握拳時大拇指先握，其餘四指握在拇指外頭。<br>整個過程的呼吸，請用鼻子吸氣，除了第五個動作採用自然的鼻吸鼻呼之外，其餘動作呼氣時可自由選擇採口或鼻呼氣。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">初幾次練習會有幾天的適應期，因為身體要熟悉新的任務會比較緊張，這就好比剛學騎自行車時，身體協調性不夠會呈現緊繃感，但熟練後就可以達到自然放鬆的目的了。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">放鬆。放鬆。放鬆。重要的事說三遍！<br>你多久沒有好好放鬆了呢？你是不是和大家一樣，放假最想做的事，就是耍廢什麼事都不想做，然後一覺睡到自然醒。不過當假期結束一想到明天就要上班你還是覺得好累，隔天還得拖著那個仍舊疲累的身軀，強打著精神心不甘情不願的去上班？所以我們把放鬆的任務留到假日是不夠的，假如每天努力的讓身心都得到充份的放鬆，又能帶給我們哪些好處呢？</p>

<p style="font-size:16px">當然，首先我們可以每天都睡個好覺，不再因為壓力大而睡不著、睡不好。睡眠是我們的身心資產，假如沒有足夠的睡眠，我們的睡眠帳戶長期處於虧損的狀況，那麼身體及精神總有一天會向我們討債。所以理想的情況下，你每天可以趁著洗澡及之後肌膚保養的這個過程，好好地放鬆心情，然後睡上一個好覺獲得充份的休息。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">我知道你很在意身心健康，充足的睡眠肯定是我們身心健康的基礎。但是多數人不知道的是，放鬆還可以帶來自信。你想想，放鬆後的自己是不是可以肩負更多責任？那種願意面對挑戰的氣勢，就是來自你的自信，那也是充份放鬆之後帶給你的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">放鬆後可以面對挑戰，當然你也會願意接受更多不同看法。當你看事情的角度可以更多元了，無形中消除了人際關係中的對立，大家也會對你更有好感，這些都是放鬆後你更具有親和力的緣故。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">我想跟你說這個很重要的事，放鬆還能帶給我們平靜。平靜是所有情緒的回歸之處。還記得嗎？自己心裡受傷的時候，大哭了一場發洩心中所有的委屈，最後情緒平復了，你就會回到那個平靜當中。下一刻遇到有趣的事你就又能開懷的笑了。假如你沒有到達放聲大哭的臨界點，你身心放鬆不了，你對有趣的事只能敷衍的對人尬笑，這不就是我們現在都遇到的麻煩嗎？我們都希望回到童年無憂無慮的時光，也都想要找回那顆久違的赤子之心。因為赤子之心是世界上最好的保養品，它可以讓我們容光煥發、生氣蓬勃，而這些都可以透過放鬆帶來的平靜獲得的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">聰明的你可能已經發現了平靜好像還有一些奧秘。沒錯，相當多的人都在學習靜坐、冥想、正念這些提升心靈境界的方法，運用這些方法的過程，都一定要學習如何透過放鬆來達到心靈的平靜。所以放鬆是進入心靈提升超越的必要條件。假如你對這些好奇的話，我們以後有機會可以花點時間，來說說這些方法的秘密。</p>

<p style="font-size:15px">小涵：“吵到你了呀！兒子老師打電話給我說他功課常沒交，最近業主改設計，師傅們反彈，想到就煩。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">阿強：“這些事總是會過去的，別煩了。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">小涵：“真的就是什麼都好，我覺得我總是在原地踏步，想把所有的事情都做好，讓大家開心。現在兒子大了，越來越難跟他溝通，我不知道怎麼辦處理這一切。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">阿強：“我知道這並不容易，妳要不試著跟我一起去健身房？把自己的注意力轉移一下。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">小涵：“有那時間我寧願把家裡收拾乾淨，我支持你去健身房鍛鍊紓壓，因為你銀行的工作壓力比我還大，但是我常常要去工地爬上爬下的，運動量也夠大了。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">阿強：“好吧，妳找時間跟妳閨蜜們聚聚，跟她們聊聊看會不會讓妳心情好一些。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">小涵：“唉！大家的生活都不容易，經常找她們互倒垃圾也不是辦法”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">阿強：“不然先睡吧！明天再說了。”</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">今天我們常說女性撐起半邊天，當女性在工作上的表現備受社會肯定，多數女性也如同上面的小涵一樣，正承擔著完成工作及家庭角色帶來的龐大壓力。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">壓力就像陽光一樣，它能幫助你又能傷害你。適度的曬曬陽光可以幫助我們維持身體健康，但曬太多太陽不僅讓肌膚受損，嚴重的還會加速身體的老化及生病。生活當中的壓力也是一樣的，適度的壓力可以督促我們完成工作目標，但過度的壓力，卻容易造成生理及心理上的傷害。但與防曬不同的是，太陽是個很明顯的目標，我們想迎向它或避開它相對容易多了；但是壓力不同，對於生活在都市叢林裡的多數人，壓力無所不在，是否要承受壓力的選擇權，往往不在我們手上。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">我們該如何發現自己的壓力過大？假如你有下列的生理現象，或者生活出現這些困擾，很有可能你正面臨或累積了過大壓力。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>失眠或睡不好</strong><br />當面對壓力時，交感神經系統會變得活躍起來，這時人更加警覺和專注，以應對外界刺激和挑戰。交感神經系統的活躍連帶導致心跳、呼吸加速及血壓升高、肌肉緊張緊縮、腸道蠕動減緩。而休息時，副交感神經系統開始活躍，減慢心率，降低血壓，減慢呼吸，放鬆肌肉，腸道蠕動加速，這時人進入放鬆狀態。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">所以當壓力過大時，交感神經會持續作用，因此抑制了副交感神經系統，所以就會使得人無法進入放鬆狀態進而導致失眠或睡眠品質低落的困擾。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>頭痛</strong><br />壓力會引起身體的緊張，包括頭部和頭部的肌肉緊張，並可能影響腦部血液<br />流量，這些都可能會造成頭痛現象。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>口乾舌燥</strong><br />壓力過大會誘發自律神經系統的失調，交感神經經常處於備戰的亢奮狀態。導致內分泌系統運作改變，就會產生口乾舌燥頻頻喝水仍無法止渴的現象。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>肩頸僵硬或背痛</strong><br />與頭痛一樣，壓力過大最容易造成身體肌肉的緊張收縮，另一個原因就是採取的坐姿時因警戒心的作用，人的姿勢會本能的將身體往前靠近，進而引發過度的肌肉牽引造成肩頸僵硬或背痛。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">除此之外，如果你正面臨經常性的<strong>頻尿或拉肚子、易怒或情緒低落、坐立難安</strong>等。就需要留意是否是壓力造成自律神經系統失調的問題了。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">這一篇我們只是先簡單的說一下壓力對於人的正面及負面影響，下一篇我們再繼續討論&#8211;「放鬆」。</p>

<p style="font-size:15px">化妝水最高比例的成分為水，所以化妝水的用途主要是藉由水來完成保養的目的。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">水除了有濕潤降溫的作用外，還具備介質傳導的功能。因為許多有益於肌膚健康的成分是水溶性，必須藉由水才能進入皮膚角質當中。然而通常皮膚外層的皮脂膜會阻擋水的進入，所以化妝水的使用通常在洗臉之後皮脂膜消除還未重新覆膜時，做為皮膚收斂鎮靜並吸收水溶性有效成分的保養時機。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">在體表上的水很容易揮發，一般在化妝水之後就會接著覆蓋油性或乳化的油水雙重特性的乳液或霜類，繼續讓皮膚吸收水溶性及油溶性的有效成分。然而有些人排斥乳液及霜類保養品的觸感，所以使用化妝水就是唯一能夠從皮膚外補充有效成分的方式。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">化妝水的另一個用途是再次清潔。不過目前的潔面產品的清潔效果都很不錯，將化妝水做為清潔補充效果的意義不是很大。若是處在用水不易無法使用潔面產品的環境當中，可以使用化妝水+化妝棉擦拭臉部肌膚來達到簡單的清潔效果，不過這種方式還是盡量避免選用含有酒精及醇類刺激性的化妝水來清潔肌膚。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">乾性肌膚保養重點得注重在角質細胞間脂質提升的效果，因為乾性肌膚角質細胞間脂質的不足很容易使得皮膚水分流失，然而單獨使用化妝水很容易會適得其反。所以建議乾性肌膚的朋友使用化妝水後還是配套使用有稠度的精華液、乳液或霜類為佳。</p>

<p style="font-size:15px">蘆薈在傳統應用上有著很長的歷史，有些人現在還會種植蘆薈，在需要時取其汁液做為曬傷、皮膚、頭皮調理之用。過去也有美國知名保養保健品牌的產品專門使用大量蘆薈做為主要成分。目前蘆薈萃取液(Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice)也是許多廠牌的保養品會添加的保濕成分。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">做為良好保濕劑，蘆薈萃取液PH值接近皮膚，性質溫和對皮膚致敏性低，長期使用安全性高。唯蘆薈汁液取得容易，做為外用護膚使用時卻因其容易氧化的特性，效果無法長時間維持，若想利用蘆薈汁液DIY護膚保養時得注意其時效性。</p>

<p style="font-size:15px">尿囊素(Allantoin)在護膚保養品中常用來做為保濕功能的成分。它穩定性高能兼容多數化妝保養品的原料、並無毒無刺激性，在醫藥界的應用也使用它來促進細胞增殖和傷口癒合。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px">除了<strong>保濕</strong>的功能外，尿囊素還具有以下功效：</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>舒緩、抗發炎</strong><br>毛孔阻塞造成的反覆發炎現象，尿囊素可以有效幫助消炎且抑制發炎。所以治療青春痘的藥膏就常使用尿囊素來舒緩皮膚的發炎。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>軟化、去除老廢角質</strong><br>皮膚上的老廢角質的順利代謝，可以使得幫助肌膚重獲光澤，加上它不具刺激性，是比較溫和的協助代謝老廢角質方案。</p>



<p style="font-size:15px"><strong>抗敏</strong><br>尿囊素本身無刺激性外，它亦具有減緩其他保養品成分中刺激的作用。</p>
