<p style="font-size:16px">「放鬆」其實可以拆開成「放下」與「鬆開」這兩個詞。我們常常聽到許多人要大家學會「放下」，但是在心理層面要放下的“東西”沒有實體，而且也看不到心裡面的這個“東西”被什麼給握住，所以也就無從放下。因此在心理層面上想藉由自己的意志去放下而放鬆，短時間內是很難達成的。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">但是身體上的放鬆就簡單多了。這裡不是要我們直接努力或用力的去放鬆身體，畢竟這也是辦不到的。因為我們努力的讓身體用力，就等於不能放鬆。所以我們只能反其道而行，先讓身體用力，再放下這個用力就可以放鬆了。大家可以試著回想搬重物時，搬之前習慣深呼吸後，摒住呼吸身體用力，才能將重物抬起，當“放下”重物後是不是就會長長的呼出一口氣？</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">生理與心理會相互影響，而我們就是要透過這種機制來引導我們放鬆心情。藉著模擬這種身體用力然後放下的動作，就能讓身體受壓緊繃後的放鬆，最後轉換成心理上的放鬆。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一起來試試「微緊鬆呼吸減壓法」</h2>



<p style="font-size:16px">我們設計了一套簡單快速有效的「微緊鬆呼吸減壓法」，透過收緊再放鬆的呼吸練習，完成身體與心情的放鬆。接下來請跟著我們下面的步驟開始練習。 首先你要固定一個姿勢，如果你是想做完這個放鬆練習直接入睡，那麼可以平躺在床上。其他的可以坐著或斜躺靠著椅背，只要找到一個舒服且不妨礙呼吸的姿勢就可以了。</p>

<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第一個動作：</strong>長長的吐氣，將身體的廢氣儘量排出。<br><strong>第二個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，然後緩緩吐氣，重覆三次。<br><strong>第三個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，專注力放在吸氣，呼氣時放開注意力任由自然呼氣，三次。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第四個動作：</strong>緩緩深吸一口氣，吸氣時同時將雙手出力握緊舉至胸前。握拳時大拇指先握，其餘四指握在拇指外頭，然後憋氣讀秒至8秒，呼氣時放開注意力，同時鬆開並放下雙拳，放回至雙腿上或雙腿外側，共計八次。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px"><strong>第五個動作：</strong>緩和自然呼吸，吸氣時雙手握拳，只需感受到拇指受壓不用使力握緊，成拳狀即可，呼氣放開注意力，鬆開雙拳拇指感受不到受壓即可。呼吸過程雙手不用舉高，直接在原處握拳及放鬆，注意力放在握拳上，鬆拳時同時放開注意力，共計十二次。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">練習重點</h3>



<p style="font-size:16px">第四個動作在於想象身體藉由深吸一口氣用力，深吸氣同時完成握拳舉起重物，憋氣之後突然放下及放鬆（鬆一口氣）。一開始若憋氣無法達到8秒，也可以從較少秒數開始練習。<br>第五個動作可以視緩和程度增減，若以睡前平躺姿勢，在緩和呼吸時可不計次數，覺得想睡就睡。<br>握拳時大拇指先握，其餘四指握在拇指外頭。<br>整個過程的呼吸，請用鼻子吸氣，除了第五個動作採用自然的鼻吸鼻呼之外，其餘動作呼氣時可自由選擇採口或鼻呼氣。</p>



<p style="font-size:16px">初幾次練習會有幾天的適應期，因為身體要熟悉新的任務會比較緊張，這就好比剛學騎自行車時，身體協調性不夠會呈現緊繃感，但熟練後就可以達到自然放鬆的目的了。</p>
